Braeside Guest House offers luxury accommodation near Derby, Nottingham and Junction 25 of the M1 Motorway.

There are two double and two twin bedrooms, which are in two small blocks of converted barns adjacent to the main cottage.

Two of the rooms [Rooms 1 and 2] feature patio doors that open onto a sun terrace, and some bedrooms have views of the surrounding countryside.

There is ample off street car parking to the front of the barns, and the security gates are closed at night.
