Braeside Guest House offers accommodation near Derby, Nottingham, junction 25 of the M1 and Donington Park.
There are four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all of which are in a series of converted barns, adjacent to the main cottage.
Each morning, breakfast is served in the main cottage's attractive conservatory.
The bedrooms provide modern, comfortable accommodation whilst retaining the traditional character of the property - each features original internal wooden beams.
Bedrooms are well equipped, with:
- En-suite facilities with shower, toilet and wash basin
- Colour television with remote control
- Hairdryer
- Tea and coffee making facilities
Two of the rooms [Rooms 1 and 2] feature patio doors that open onto a sun terrace, and some bedrooms have views of the surrounding countryside.
Daily complimentary Mineral Water, biscuits and magazines are also provided daily in guests' rooms.
There is ample off street car parking to the front of the barns, and the security gates are closed at night.
All bedrooms have double glazing and feature full central heating - this is comfortable and warm accommodation at any time of year.
