Breakfast is normally served from 7.00am - 8.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.00am - 9.00am Saturday and Sunday. Alternative breakfast times can be arranged for guests requiring a more flexible timetable.
Guests enjoy a relaxing start to the day, as breakfast is served in the cottage's conservatory, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.
Many of the ingredients on the breakfast menu are supplied by local farmers and are usually delivered daily to ensure quality and freshness. The typical menu includes:
- Fruit Juice and Tea or Coffee
- Selection of Fresh Fruit
- Cereals, Toast and Preserves
...Then a choice of one of the following options:
- Full English Breakfast (bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, fried bread)
- Continental-style breakfast of Croissants and Preserves
- Smoked Haddock with Scrambled Egg (subject to availability)
Special dietary requirements are catered for whenever possible by prior arrangement.
Lunch and evening meals can be enjoyed at the nearby Risley Hall Hotel or Risley Park Public House, both of which offer extensive and tempting menus.
