Directions to Braeside Guest House:
From M1 Junction 25, take the exit signposted Risley / Sandiacre (DO NOT join the A52 to Derby!) Follow the road to the traffic lights (approximately quarter of a mile) and turn left into Risley, follow the road through Risley passing Risley Hall Hotel on your left, continue round the bend past the Risley Park Inn also on your left. Braeside Guest House is approximately 150 yards beyond on the left.
