Terms and Conditions when Booking Accommodation

Braeside Guest House's T&Cs:

• At the point of booking, we require a Credit card or Switch card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse of the card, along with the name on the card and the issue number (for Switch cards).
• A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged to this card. On completion of the transaction, your confirmation will be sent out to you by email.
• This deposit is non-refundable, however, should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 48 hours notice, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date.
• Should cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, no re-booking on that transaction will be permitted.

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Guest House. Any reservation of part thereof cancelled within the 48 hours policy will be charged for.
